UPCOMING EXHIBITION


Check out my new exhibition at Hanger Farm Arts Centre, Totton. Opening on Tues 24th November and running until January 16th 2010. The show will feature pieces inspired by Finland alongside recent work exploring Greenlandic folk tales.

This weekend come and check out The Zine Fair @ The Art House Cafe, Southampton.
Come and try your hand at bookbinding or print making, pick up unique christmas gifts and enjoy delicious cake into the bargain!

I will be selling my handmade books "Wish and Whim" and "The Cruel and Repetitious Rejections of Blobfish", greetings cards, postcards, prints and handmade one of a collages (Pics to follow)

GREAT BIG SUPER NEW NEWS!!!

I was informed yesterday that I am a finalist in the Aesthetica Magazine Creative Works Competition! 40 Images were selected from 1200 entries and all finalists will appear in the Aesthetica Annual (available from Borders Bookshop...shameless plug!). I'm super excited to be selected, winners will be announced soon I think......

COLLECTIBLE SHOW AT ASPACE MONUMENT GALLERY

Returning to the Bargate Monument Gallery for the second successive year, Collectible brings together another vibrant selection of new and emerging artists' work. Hand picked by the curators, this exhibition is an opportunity to view these unique original artworks available to buy at affordable prices.

Featuring work by: Kate Aughey, Elizabeth Eamer, Jonny Hannah, Emi Harako, Matthew King, Roman Klonek, Little Red, Frederic Morris, Amanda Mulquinney, Rachel Ortas, Stuart Rodda, Matt Sewell, Martin Symons, Ilona Szalay, Sarah Tse and James Unsworth.

NEW Flock of Deer Dibbens......


There are a new flock of Deer Dibbens in the world (10 in total) which will be available to adopt at the Aspace Collectible Show opening this Friday at the Bargate Monument Gallery (see above post for details) Deer Dibbens are handmade from recycled vintage fabrics with beech twig antlers "pruned" from my parents hedge. Sssh!
